The Facilities Authority unanimously adopted an Emergency Management Handbook described as an internal operational reference consolidating policies, procedures, roles and guidance to support daily operations, staff training, continuity and emergency response activities.

The Comanche County Facilities Authority voted to adopt the Comanche County–Lawton Emergency Management Handbook during its Feb. 23 meeting. Chairman Johnny Owens moved for adoption, Josh Powers seconded, and the motion passed with Owens, Powers and Ryan John voting aye.
