The Comanche County Facilities Authority approved a Sydaptic jail controls upgrade quote from Digi Security Systems for the Comanche County Detention Center, with the cost stated as $404,000.00. Chair Johnny Owens moved the measure, Josh Powers seconded, and the motion passed with Owens, Powers and Ryan John voting aye. "The cost of the project will be $404,000.00 and will utilize state contract #SW1048D," the agenda language states.
