Chair Johnny Owens moved and Josh Powers seconded approval of an agreement with Goldberg Group Architects, LLC to conduct a feasibility study to explore possible improvements, expansion or replacement of the Comanche County Detention Center. The cost for the study was stated as $18,900.00, and the motion passed with Chairman Owens, Vice-Chair Ryan John and member Josh Powers voting aye.
