Hanover EDA lists recent accomplishments, seeks policy changes and incentives

Hayden outlined priorities for the next 12 months: overhaul the Industrial Revenue Bonds process, develop an incentives policy to attract new businesses and revitalize commercial corridors and village centers, and finalize and promote the hotel study to developers and lodging stakeholders. Those priorities were presented as strategic steps to attract and retain investment in Hanover County.
