The Weatherford Municipal Utility Board opened its meeting by recognizing multiple staff milestones and notable on-call responses. Joe Farley presented Taylor Bray's five-year service award and described his progress through the lineman apprenticeship and his role responding to outages. Mr. Schaeffer introduced Keith True Love for a 10-year award, noting his electrical and instrumentation work, journeyman electrician's license, and SCADA programming contributions; Schaeffer credited True Love with resolving electrical issues that allowed the city's Christmas tree lighting to proceed.
