The Selectboard reviewed the 2025-2026 budget and accepted state assessment metrics presented by Schwartz. Schwartz reported the town's common level of appraisal (CLA) at 58.94% and the coefficient of dispersion (COD) at 27.01%, the same figures as the previous year, and the board accepted the State's results as written.
