Members discussed promotion through the Leader, the MT Standard area events, the Discover Anaconda calendar and Facebook; suggested ticket sale locations included the Forge and the Elks and that board members sell tickets. The group planned a silent auction, with Rose Nyman and Lynette Foulger offering donated items, and agreed to end auction sales earlier than the current 8:30 p.m. listing to allow time for reconciliation. Food, dessert and post-event music were assigned to volunteers and vendors (Job Corps, Elks coordination).
