First reading: applicant seeks limited grading into northern buffer with replanting plan

Planner Mike (speaker 7) presented a first reading of a variance request to grade into a northern buffer on a series (Special District Hamlet) project. He said limited grading into the buffer is required to meet finished grades for the portion of the site to be developed and that the grading would not shrink the buffer; the applicant proposes to replant the disturbed area once grading is complete.
