The Clinton County Board of Commissioners voted on May 4 to deny an appeal of a Freedom of Information Act request from Munro. Commissioner Robert Showers moved to deny the appeal and Commissioner Dwight Washington seconded. A roll call vote recorded six ayes, zero nays and one excused, and the motion carried.
