During the Short-Term Rental Ordinance update, the Selectboard discussed enforcement and administrative needs and voted to create a part-time Short‑Term Rental Administrator position. Bill Schwartz moved to create the role and set it as part-time with a cap of twenty‑three (23) hours per week; the motion was seconded by Jsaacs and approved unanimously.
