Bill Schwartz reported the STR ordinance appeal period closed on Jan. 17, 2025, after which the town will issue a request for proposals to hire an STR administrator. The minutes state: “the STR Ordinance appeal period was over on 1/17/25 at which time an RFP would go out to hire an STR Administrator.”
