Commissioners take actions on bids and approve performance-based awards policy

Wagoner County commissioners handled several items under old business April 27: they voted to table award of Bid #2026-012 for demolition of the building at 308 NE 2nd; they voted to reject Bid #2026-015 for integrated vegetation management of right-of-way; and they approved a performance-based awards policy.
The demolition bid award was tabled on a motion by Commissioner Tim Kelley seconded by Commissioner James Hanning; the motion passed with unanimous aye votes. Commissioner Randy Stamps moved, and Commissioner Kelley seconded, to reject the vegetation management bid; that motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Kelley moved, and Commissioner Hanning seconded, approval of the performance-based awards policy; the minutes record additional aye votes from individuals listed as Hodges, Hendricks, Levi and Elliott in addition to the three commissioners.
