IT reports Exchange Online migration complete, network access control rollout underway
IT reported handling about 350 help-desk tickets and completing migration to Exchange Online. The department said more than half of devices are converted to Network Access Control, digital signage moved to a vendor (Easy Signage), and documentation/SOPs are nearing completion.

Chad Pierce, I.T., told the committee the help desk handled approximately 350 tickets for the reporting period and that the department has completed migration of county email to Exchange Online in the cloud. Pierce said "The I.T. Department is fully over on Exchange Online right now" and described a Network Access Control project that is more than 50% converted, designed to prevent unauthorized devices from accessing county network resources.
