The Government Operations Committee on June 1 reviewed a set of resolutions and administrative items and agreed to forward them to the full Legislature without formal objection. The items discussed included a proposed Memorandum of Understanding with the New York State Unified Court System for Electronic Filing (e-filing) and a slate of personnel-authority resolutions to fill full-time Emergency Medical Technician and Paramedic positions, correction-officer and emergency-services dispatcher positions, and a memorandum on malpractice-insurance reimbursement related to the jail nurse.
