County staff told the council much of the airport's utilities are unmarked, creating hazards for major work, and suggested mapping all wiring and utilities as part of planning for future expansion. The transcript states: "Much of the utilities on airport are unmarked making any major work hazardous. Suggestion is to look at the possibility of mapping all wiring for any future expansion or maintenance work."
