The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners entered two attorney–client executive sessions during the Dec. 29 meeting: a 15-minute session that returned at 9:18 a.m. and a subsequent 5-minute session that returned at 9:23 a.m. Both sessions were described as attorney–client communications with Assistant County Counselor Ethan Manke present. The minutes state that "no action was taken" after each session.
