Coverdale Development, LLC requested rezoning from A1 to R3 for a residential plat in the 10500–11000 block of Coverdale Road. After staff comments and commission discussion, James Wolff moved to send a DO PASS recommendation with a written commitment to the Board of Commissioners for REZ-2026-0014; Paul Lagemann seconded. The motion passed 6-1, with Ron Turpin recorded as voting against the recommendation on March 19, 2026.
