Hadley Noss and Nate Carr presented the cost‑share contract and voucher spreadsheet. Bill Anderson moved to approve encumbering contracts totaling $61,556.95; Neal Mensing seconded the motion and the minutes record that the vote carried with Anderson, Bell, Feist and Mensing voting in favor. The minutes note that there were no voucher payments at this time.
