On final reading Oct. 21, Jackson County adopted Ordinance No. 38 amending Ordinance 210-14 of the county code; the motion carried with two yes votes.

Commissioner Drew Markel completed the final reading of a revision to the county dog ordinance and moved to adopt Ordinance No. 38, amending Ordinance 210-14 of the Jackson County Code. Commissioner Andrew Stauffer seconded the motion and the ordinance was adopted (motion carried, 2 yes votes).
