The License Committee voted unanimously to forward Rowdy's application to expand its on-site beer garden for a one-day event on Sept. 7 to the Common Council for final approval. A committee member moved to send the application to council and the Chair seconded the motion; a subsequent roll-call vote recorded 'Aye' votes from Alder Knoll, Alder Kranig and Alder Shafer.
