Commissioners ratify collective bargaining agreement with AFSCME for county engineer staff
Fulton County Commissioners ratified Collective Bargaining Agreement 2026-45 between the Fulton County Engineer and Ohio Council 8, AFSCME (Local 2782). The agreement takes effect March 1, 2026 and runs through Feb. 28, 2029; the vote was 3-0.

After a closed executive session on collective bargaining, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted to ratify Collective Bargaining Agreement 2026-45 by and between the Fulton County Engineer and Ohio Council 8, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO and Local 2782. The board recorded a unanimous vote endorsing the ratification.
