The board approved a set of immediate changes to the Stephens County employee handbook, including adoption of harassment policies and a requirement for annual training to satisfy ACCG recommendations. Staff indicated that the training will be provided as a video with a follow‑up test and that Kristen (Luciani) will lead the rollout. One commissioner clarified delivery and staff confirmed the training is free and conducted annually for all employees.
