Commissioners accept two road dedications in Saddle Hills and County Line Commercial developments
The board approved resolutions 2026-29 and 2026-30 to accept public road dedications for Saddle Hills Division 2 and County Line Commercial Division 3 after staff and legal counsel confirmed they met construction standards; both passed unanimously.

County staff and legal counsel recommended accepting two separate roadway dedications after reviewing compliance with required standards. Sam Scott and attorney Mike Carter told the board the roadways met the standards required at the time of construction, and Commissioner Clark read resolution 2026-29 onto the record before the board approved it by roll-call vote.
