Town Clerk Kasey Lesher presented routine operational figures: late penalties totaled $1,560.18; two customers were disconnected for non-payment; one permit was issued and eight new customers were added. Lesher said she assisted with leadership transition planning and coordinated onboarding tasks with incoming Town Administrator Brandon Wansick. She also noted participation in planning and implementation for new accounting software and additional municipal clerk training.
