At a special called meeting on June 1, 2026, the Cumberland County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to enter a closed meeting to conduct a second round of interviews for the County Administrator position. The motion to move into closed session was made by Supervisor Eurika Tyree and seconded by Supervisor John Newman; the roll shows five ayes and no nays.
