The Planning & Zoning Commission approved P&Z Resolution No. 3, Series 2025, a minor plat amendment to correct a building-envelope encroachment at 125 Alpine Ranch Road. Staff explained the encroachment was discovered when the homeowners submitted an Improvement Location Certificate (ILC) as part of their certificate-of-occupancy process; the ILC and a survey showed about a 19.96‑foot encroachment at one corner. The applicant apologized for the error and asked the commission to approve an amended envelope to reflect the built condition.
