The Kane County Land Use Administrative meeting approved the preliminary plat for Elk Ridge Estates Unit 4 Phase 6, proposed by Mark C. Jacobs. The chair said the proposal covers Parcels 8-6-9-2A and 8-6-9-1 and will create 21 lots zoned R-1 with a minimum lot size of 1 acre. "We approve the preliminary plat for Elk Ridge Estates," the chair said.
