Kane County approves Bryce Gateway final plat for Parcel 8-6-12-6

At the April 29, 2026 Kane County Land Use Administrative meeting, the chair introduced the Bryce Gateway final plat for Gary Gilbert and Don Marie Dam covering Parcel 8-6-12-6 and reported that engineers had reviewed the submission and found it complete. "The engineers have reviewed this, and everything is in order for the final plat," the chair said.
