The Administrative Land Use Authority reviewed and accepted a preliminary plat for Elk Ridge Estates Unit 4 Phase 6 at its April 29, 2026 meeting. Applicant Mark C. Jacobs proposed the subdivision across Parcels 8-6-9-2A and 8-6-9-1, creating 21 lots zoned R-1 with a stated minimum lot size of one acre.
