Uplands Foundation: infrastructure coordination under way; Kratos hiring expected before fall

Bryant Niehoff, CEO of Uplands Science Technology Foundation, briefed the Daviess County Commissioners on a six‑month status report for development work spanning Daviess, Greene and Martin counties. Niehoff said coordination among counties has focused on infrastructure—citing construction of sanitary lift stations in the park—and that the next deliverable is a detailed site plan with construction timelines.
