Bingham reported the 45‑day Administrative Procedure Act notice period had passed with no public comments and recommended the board certify the amendments. Commissioners approved certification and directed staff to proceed with the changes as filed.
The amendments are procedural and regulatory changes to the county zoning resolution; certification completes the local administrative step after the statutory notice period. The board did not identify outstanding litigation or appeals at the time of certification.
