Commissioners approve setback variance to regularize manufactured home at Ranch View Drive
Sweetwater County commissioners unanimously approved a variance allowing a manufactured home at 105 Ranch View Drive to remain 3 feet into the front setback and 5 feet into the rear setback after staff said similar encroachments are common in the neighborhood and Planning & Zoning recommended approval.
