The Planning & Zoning Commission approved minutes from its Dec. 4, 2025 meeting after the chair reported a video review showed a silent/absentee response should be recorded as a negative vote rather than unanimous. The chair said the record should reflect a 6–1 outcome rather than seven-zero. A commissioner moved to approve the minutes with that change, the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
