The North Las Vegas Planning Commission approved SUP322023 during its Aug. 13 meeting, a separate but related special-use permit extension tied to the same commercial site at Decatur Boulevard and Grand Teton Drive. Staff presented the two items together and recommended both extensions to allow the developer additional time to proceed under the previously approved site plan.
