The Wilbraham Conservation Commission met on Feb. 25, 2026 and recorded the following formal actions:
• Continuance: The Notice of Intent for 792 Tinkham Rd (Unlimited Property Services, LLC) was continued to March 16, 2026 at the applicant's request. Motion by Joe Cantilini; second by Stoughton Smead. Vote: Stoughton Smead, Joe Cantilini, James Coletta and Alice Colman in favor.
• Approval of Minutes: The minutes from the Jan. 28, 2026 meeting were approved. Motion by Stoughton Smead; second by Alice Colman. Vote: unanimous among members present.
• Sidewalk Project: The Commission approved amended Special Conditions for the Town of Wilbraham Sidewalk Project on Springfield Street (allowing limited equipment use inside the 100-foot buffer and changing restoration-area reporting to semiannual monitoring). Motion by Joe Cantilini; second by Stoughton Smead. Vote: unanimous.
• 579 Main St ADU: The Commission approved the Special Conditions for a new accessory dwelling unit at 579 Main St with an administrative address correction. Motion by Alice Colman; second by Joe Cantilini. Vote: unanimous.
The Commission scheduled its next meeting for March 16, 2026 and adjourned at 8:30 PM.
