Asotin County approves VCAN grant application for Child Advocate program
The Board approved Child Advocate Program Manager Katelyn Hart27s request to submit a VCAN grant application with the Washington State Department of Commerce to support families served by the program. The approval was made by motion and carried during the April 20 meeting.

Katelyn Hart, Child Advocate Program Manager, asked the Asotin County Board of Commissioners for permission to submit an application for VCAN funding from the Department of Commerce. "Hart requested approval to submit an application for VCAN funding from the Department of Commerce," the record shows; she said the grant "goes directly to helping the families."
