The Middletown Economic Development Committee on Aug. 13 approved a five-year lease renewal for MD Lawn Care and snow removal at RM Heating. Staff described the agreement as routine, saying, "This is a lease renewal. It's a preexisting tenant. They're currently in good standing." The renewal runs from 06/01/2024 to 05/31/2029 and, according to the chair's summary, "will generate a minimum of $93,000 over the term of the lease."
