WADSWORTH — Council materials include Ordinance No. 26‑031, sponsored by Council Member Chris Maxwell, which authorizes the Director of Public Service to advertise for, receive and award contracts for the 2026 Sidewalk Improvement Program to be constructed according to plans and specifications on file with the department. The ordinance caps change orders at 10% of the awarded bid and states the total award shall not exceed the amounts approved in the 2026 city budget.
