Chair pulled Item 4C, Quail Glen Estates, from the consent agenda and posed a question on whether the action would abandon a fire easement that provides access to Lot 7. "Mister Porsche will be presenting and the only question that I really have on this item is we are abandoning the fire," the chair said while introducing the pulled item.
