Henry County's Finance Committee on Feb. 12 approved a salary resolution affecting the county treasurer and assessor after a roll-call vote. Member Dale Stiles moved the resolution and Member Lynn Sutton seconded; Member Ray Elliott voted no, Member Kippy Breeden abstained, and the remaining members voted in favor, allowing the motion to carry.
