At the March 20 special meeting, the Cumberland County Board of Supervisors approved a five-month contract with Emergency Services Solutions, Inc. The motion was moved by Supervisor John Newman and seconded by Supervisor Bryan Hamlet; the recorded vote shows Supervisor Paul Stimpson abstained while the other members voted 'aye'.
