Board approves vendor and payroll claims during routine business
During new business the board approved vendor claims and payroll claims after motions and votes; both motions were carried during the July 27 meeting.

At the July 27 meeting the Chair sought approval of vendor claims and payroll claims as part of new business. Board members moved and seconded both measures and the Chair called the votes; the Chair declared both motions passed.
