Staff said the county created a contract template and that two vendors—Curry Environmental Services and Technology Recyclers—had signed the template; the staff member noted Curry's contract term was one year and Technology Recyclers' term was three years. "Curry Environmental Services and Technology Recyclers have both signed the template that was created by the legal department," the staff member told the board.
