IT consultant: adding commissioners as users carries no security issues if protocols followed

LeeAnn Heim, Data Processing Director, and Andrew Loecker of Imagine IT briefed the commission on the prospect of adding two commissioners as users of the county computer system. Loecker told the board that there are no potential security issues with adding two commissioners provided proper training is given and secure connection protocols are followed. He also said the system issue raised earlier by the Register of Deeds involved adding drives and is being resolved separately and is unrelated to adding users.
