The clerk requested that Lincoln County authorize participation in the Washington State Deferred Compensation Program (DCP) to be offered in addition to the existing county 457 plan administered through John Hancock Financial and Lincoln National Insurance. The program is voluntary, employee-funded and administered by the state; the county's role is limited to processing enrollments and transmitting payroll contributions.
