Committee endorses sending WIC budget amendment to full board after state allocates additional funding

Amy Klieber requested committee support for a resolution to amend the 2024 health department budget after the State allocated additional funding for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) programs. Supv John Pedretti moved and Supv Martha Olson seconded that the committee approve the resolution and send it to the full board with a recommendation for approval; the motion carried on a unanimous voice vote.
