Dorset residents press board over Raptor Lane housing proposal
After a White & Burke presentation of a concept for Raptor Lane, residents and abutters pressed the Select Board on water, stormwater, traffic, environmental impacts, project scale and financing; the board said further public sessions and a market study will follow.

White & Burke and consultant SM Graves presented a concept for housing at the Raptor Lane property and answered nearly two hours of questions from residents and online participants. Brian Pine of White & Burke reviewed the town's process dating to 2018 and Scott Graves described his team's concept; Town Manager Rob Gaiotti said White & Burke solicited more than 60 firms and that four firms attended the site visit but only SM Graves submitted a written response to the RFP.
