Comal County’s evaluation committee recommended Posnicki Camarillo LLC as the top-ranked respondent for RFQ 2024-540 (Watson Lane East needs study, conceptual and schematic design), giving the firm a score of 97.80. The Purchasing Director presented the evaluation summary and recommended awarding the project to Posnicki Camarillo LLC.
