The court approved a revised job description for assistant road superintendent positions to reflect CDL program oversight and a new drone‑licensing requirement. The court also reclassified an assistant county engineer position to Engineer‑in‑Training to expand the candidate pool; staff noted no budget amendment was necessary and explained the EIT→PE progression.
