Scott Lyons, staff for community development, presented two requests from cities for the county's 0.25 preservation fund. Garland City's 300 South roadway rebuild request scored the minimum 15 points on the scoring matrix and the COG recommended funding up to the fund's current balance (about $120,000) against a requested $295,318. The commission approved the funding recommendation.
